Certified Confidential Advisor
Inappropriate Behavior and Integrity
I enjoy working as an external confidential adviser, on a freelance basis, for organizations that take the work of a confidential adviser serious and wish to give the correct follow-up to reports of undesirable behavior and alleged integrity issues. I work according to the protocols of the professional association LVV, endorse the code of conduct and follow the recent laws and regulations related to the ARBO law and Whistleblower Regulations. I mainly gained insight into the context in which undesirable behavior arises in an organization during my work at DSM. Also giving advice to the reporter and the organization and thinking along about the policy for a safe workplace is what I can deliver, partly thanks to my years of work experience at DSM. I am flexible and can be available quickly on demand.

I enjoyed working as secretary to the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of Koninklijke DSM BV for eleven years. In this role I prepared many meetings, produced many minutes and I provided aftercare in amongst others following up on actions agreed upon. Chemistry support
Need help with Chemistry?
I am currently tutoring chemistry (upper secondary school) at Porta Mosana College in Maastricht, one at one or one at two. Scheduling is done through the school. In addition, I can also support students from other educational institutions in their chemistry course.
